• First Time Home Buyers – You are buying your first home and it can be overwhelming, but we are here to help you throughout the entire process. This includes working very closely with you to make sure all of your questions are answered and your needs are met.
• Moving and Buying a Home – You’ve been through this before and you know how the entire process works, but that doesn’t mean it’s any easier the second time around. We are here to address any concerns you have up front and avoid any of the complications you have experienced.
• For Sale By Owners – You decided to tackle the task of selling your home on your own. We are here to help explain the benefits of working with a real estate agent and provide you the option if you choose to work with an agent.

How Our Process Works

We have built a process to include everyone involved in the transaction - the buyer/seller, the real estate agent and the Home Loan Expert. Our role is to ease the entire home buying or selling experience with open lines of communication between everyone involved. This provides a positive flow of communication that is proactive - not reactive.

• You will be assigned to a dedicated Agent Coordinator whose sole purpose is to ensure you are satisfied during the entire home buying process.
• You will be matched with an experienced real estate agent within your local market after your Agent Coordinator understands what you want and need in a real estate professional.
• You will be contacted on a regular basis by your Agent Coordinator in order to gather feedback on both your real estate agent and your Home Loan Expert.
• You should be completely satisfied with your mortgage and real estate experience throughout the entire process, as your Agent Coordinator will address any issues that arise.
