In-House Realty is made up of a top-flight team of real estate agents nationwide. All are experienced, with solid reputations in their communities, and are knowledgeable gurus about the areas in which they work. These guys are effective, tough negotiators who work hard on your behalf!

How We Select Our Agents

At a minimum, each real estate agent in our network must have an active real estate license and be a part of the National Association of REALTORS® to be considered for our network. Once accepted into the network our agents begin to gather consistent feedback from each client, Home Loan Expert, and Agent Coordinator with whom the agent works.

We hold our agents accountable throughout the entire process, and agents must demonstrate that they excel in the following areas:

• Real Estate Knowledge: Every agent is knowledgeable within their market and fully understands the ins and outs of all possible residential real estate transactions.
• Communication: Every agent is expected to show excellent communication skills and return all phone calls and emails promptly.
• Professionalism: Every agent is held to a high standard of professionalism which includes addressing your needs and concerns in a timely manner.
• Technology: Every agent is encouraged to embrace the technology that we have created for them and use it to help provide house hunting updates.
• Client Experience: Every agent is required to provide the highest level of service to each client with whom they work.
