Our Agent Coordinators are the core of our business. Once referred to In-House Realty, you are assigned a dedicated Agent Coordinator who will work side-by-side with you from start to finish. They are responsible to understand your wants and needs, match you with an experienced agent in your market, and continue to gather your feedback. Our Agent Coordinators focus 100% on your satisfaction in order to make your home buying process hassle-free.

In order to help you work towards a smooth home buying or selling experience, your dedicated Agent Coordinator will work closely with:

• You. By listening to you and asking about your needs, your Agent Coordinator will be able help you continue along in the process or take the necessary steps to remedy any situations that may arise.
• Your real estate agent. Once you are matched with a real estate agent, your Agent Coordinator will begin to working to ensure that your expectations are being met and your home buying or selling process is moving ahead smoothly.
• Your Home Loan Expert. After your Home Loan Expert has referred you, your Agent Coordinator will maintain communication with your Home Loan Expert and address any concerns you may have regarding your mortgage experience.
